GYm + Spin studio
The ground level at Yorkville Flats offers residents a suite of amenities. Through the private front entrance tenants will find a full custom spin studio with a Peloton bike and treadmill. Across the hall features free weights, kettle bells, TRX and a BOSU ball while doubling as a yoga + meditation studio. This state-of-the-art equipment, custom lighting, mirrored walls and surround sound Sonos speakers create an environment of energy, relaxation and mindfulness.
Resident Portal
All tenants of Yorkville Flats will have access to the the resident portal. Here you can access billing information, create a service request and fill out a guest form.
Leisure
Within the spin studio you will find a modern seating area, a space designed to clear your mind from the outside world. In the rear of the building’s ground level tenants will find additional storage which is accessed through the private front entrance. Each room is accessed through the building's secured key fob network.
